Learn Astrology! I can think of no more powerful tool than to have a working knowledge of astrology and it should be core information to my mind. Universal intelligence is within us. Learning the symbols and the structure of the astrological chart connects us deeply with human consciousness, which is projected outward into all of life, and reflects the holographic and super-fractal nature of the mind to the cosmos. Carved into the lintel on the Sun god Apollo's Oracle of Delphi temple in ancient Greece was the injunction Gnothi Seauton, Know Thyself. Knowing ourselves would help us avoid so many mistakes and so much pain, but we often learn the lessons too late. Practically, to know yourself is to know your own strength, know what you want and to rely on your own judgment. To Know Thyself is to also know the higher self, the true self, because he who truly knows himself knows all. I love teaching and want to be your personal tutor! I offer both online courses and classes at my home if you live in the area. Learn Astrology with Personal Tutoring   Individualized tutoring for beginners or for students who have the basics down but want to take their study to a deeper level. In addition to emailed lessons and materials with practical workbook style exercises, this course includes 12 (1.5 hour) phone sessions and unlimited email access to me for related questions. By the end of the first 12 sessions you will be able to understand and interpret any chart as well as having a working knowledge of how to work with transits.

Option 1: I have designed  a one-on-one course that is set up to anchor the basic principles of astrology with exercises using your personal chart. In this way, it is both personal and flexible.

12-week session fee (18 hours) $540

Payments can be made in 3 equal parts if needed. 

Option 2:  For intermediate students I offer personalized tutoring/mentoring tailored to your interests and needs.  In person or by phone, these 1.5 hour sessions are offered at $45 per session, or for the discounted package price listed above.

Astrology Classes Session I - The Basics The esoteric structure of the chart will be covered along with the archetypal meanings of the signs, planets, houses, rising signs and lunar nodes, using fundamental principles from classical, evolutionary and psychological astrology. Practical and fun, participants charts may be used for analysis if desired.    6 weeks - $120 Session II - Chart Interpretation Learn how to put it all together incorporating the principles of aspects, transits and progressions. By the end of this session you will be able to intelligently analyze a chart, as well as have a good working knowledge of how the current transits affect the your life, it's cycles, and how to use this information to make the best choices possible.   6 weeks - $120 Session III - Relationships Synastry and composite charts covered. This class is useful for understanding how to work better and get the most from your relationships with parents, children, lovers, co-workers and friends. Charts submitted for class review on a first come first served basis. 6 weeks - $120 Upcoming Class Schedule Session I: November 7 - December 12, 2010 Session II: January 2 - February 6, 2011 Session III: February 20 - March 27, 2011 All classes on Sunday 5:30 - 7:30 pm At my place in Boulder, Colorado Class size limited to 8 new attendees, so register early to reserve your space. I must say studying with Melody helped me understand astrology more than any books  or personal  reading I have done in the past.  I already had some background when I started her tutoring.  Because I was self-taught there were gaps to be filled with uneven knowledge, and she did wonderful job explaining and brought so much understanding.  


After first 12 weeks I started to understand dramatically. It was as though all of a sudden the door opened, my visions were so clear and I started to read charts with confidence.  She encourages learning with loving, caring and sincere teaching style tailor made to each person.
